Örö is a fortress island that was once part of Peter the Great's sea fortress - which is now one of Finland's most popular national parks and a popular tourist destination. Örö offers tourists nature tourism in the form of long natural beaches and butterfly meadows. Örö has a guest marina for 80 boats, accommodation for 150 people and tasty dishes are served at RantaBistro and the 12" inch restaurant. Örö is located off Kemiönsaari, less than half an hour's boat ride from Kasnäs. You can get there by your own boat, water bus or charter boat!
